Informative Note on the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation, art 13 GDR n. 678/2016)


Dear Guest,
We wish to inform you, pursuant to Article 13 of the Privacy Law (Legislative Decree 196/2003), that
your personal data and the personal data of your family/group indicated in the "Declaration of Identity
Details of Guets" will be processed correctly, legally and trasparently, safeguarding your privacy and
your rights.
The data will be processed using computerized methods for the following purpose:

1. to comply the obligationsset by ISTAT for the communication of guests, in implementation of EU
Regulation no. 692/2011;
2. to comply with the obligation envisaged by Article 109 of Royal Decree 773 dated 18.6.1931, which
makes it compulsory to register and comunicate to the local police authorities the identification details
of guests;
3. to comply with applicable accounting and taxation obligations;
4. to be able to receive messages and telephone calls intended for you;
5. to accelerate registration procedures in case of subsequent visits to our structure. In this case, your
data will be kept for a maximum period of five (5) years;
6. to send documentation to your home address regarding changes to our prices and special offers;


We also wish to inform you that you are legally required to provide us with your identity details and with
those of your family/group about points 1,2 and 3, and that any refusal to provide the same will make it
impossible for us to accomodate you in our structure.
If you wish your data to be processed as indicated in points 3,4 and 5, you must give your consent by
